A Little About Me

I am an Accredited Psychotherapist, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. My academic background also includes a bachelor's degree in Banking Management, providing me with a well-rounded perspective in both therapeutic and professional environments.

In addition to my formal education, I have completed bereavement support training with Cruse Bereavement Care, equipping me with the skills and sensitivity necessary to support individuals experiencing loss.

My experience extends to voluntary work at a Women's Resource Centre, where I supported women from diverse backgrounds. I have also volunteered at Spectrum, which is now known as Change Grow Live, gaining valuable insight and experience in the field of support services.

Throughout my career in counselling, I have supported clients facing a diverse range of presenting concerns.

My work has taken place across various settings, including mental health services, charitable counselling organisations, the NHS, corporate environments, and private practice.
