Counsellor & Psychotherapist in Stevenage

Before becoming a counsellor I worked as a banker, living a fast-paced life. Over time, I found that I wanted to do something more meaningful and help people in a deeper way. I decided to follow my heart and enrolled in a bereavement training course, but after a couple of years, I realised that truly supporting clients required upskilling and understanding their emotional and mental worlds.

I embarked on an extremely personal journey within myself, during which I learned much about the human psyche, training at the Counselling Foundation to become a qualified psychodynamic counsellor. I explored the world of my mind and heart, uncovering, in the process, my physical, emotional, and mental world.

I have always had a passion for listening to people and guiding them to live more meaningful lives, free from emotional turmoil and pain, and continue to expand my knowledge to this day, in order to provide the best possible service to my clients.
